PICKING YOUR PHOTO:
- High quality photos (300 dpi) result in the best outcomes
- Ensure good lighting, with nothing highly over- or underexposed. Dark photos typically do not engrave well, but we may be able to help adjust the image for you.
- If you have any concerns or not sure if your photo will engrave well, please send us a copy. We'd be happy to take a look or make any adjustments to the photo to help provide the best etching possible.

I have ordered from Refracted Rose in the past and each time I receive a quality product. I order the ornament with a photo of a family member who has passed and on the reverse a verse, their name, and the dates they were on this earth to give to their family as a remembrance at the holidays. It ornament is perfect!
